Position: Boutique Stylist & Story Keeper

For nearly seven decades, The Rowan Daughters has remained a small family boutique shaped by four generations of women. We believe clothing should feel kind, personal, and made to last.
We are looking for someone who understands that a boutique is not just a store, but a space that holds memory, care, and quiet beauty.
As our Boutique Stylist & Story Keeper, you will help shape how our garments are presented in-store and how customers experience our space.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating thoughtful window displays that reflect the heart of our brand
• Styling mannequins and in-store tables with care and intention
• Maintaining the visual warmth and harmony of our boutique
• Assisting customers in a way that feels personal and unhurried
• Helping us preserve the atmosphere that has defined our boutique for decades
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a strong sense of aesthetics and detail
• Appreciates timeless design over trends
• Works gently but with precision
• Values small businesses and community
• Communicates with warmth and sincerity
• Enjoys working in an intimate, family-led environment
Previous retail or styling experience is appreciated, but more important is your eye for beauty and your respect for craftsmanship.
